Granola Bars

1 3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 1/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
2 eggs
a little bit of cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 F.  
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.  
Press into a 9”x13” pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.
