Orzo

3 cups of Orzo (pasta)
6 cups of chicken broth
1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 1/2 cups of Parmesan cheese		
1 cup of fresh basil, chopped fine

Saute orzo in butter and oil until golden brown. 
Add chicken broth and reduce to a low heat. 
Simmer until most liquid is absorbed and then 
take off heat and add cheese and basil.
