Salsa

We recommend to finely dice the vegetables
1/2 cup diced peeled cucumber		
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1 large diced green pepper		
1 large diced red pepper			
2 large tomatoes chopped			
1 small diced red onion			
2 tbsp of Herdez salsa
2 ripe (not too soft) diced avocados	
juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of cumin
drizzle of olive oil

Combine all ingredients.  

P.S you can add a finely chopped small jalapeno if
your children like a little heat!   Cha! Cha! Cha!
