Cranberry Banana Loaf 1/4 cup melted butter 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries 1/2 tsp. salt 3 ripe bananas (mashed) 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Combine melted butter, sugar and eggs. Beat until smooth. Stir in mashed bananas and cranberries. Blend together all dry ingredients and add to banana and cranberry mixture. Stir to moisten.
